All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your confirmation email.
You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Wrong Address or Missing Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If you entered an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us immediately at support@vauravision.com — we can update it only if the order hasn’t shipped yet.


Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, please reach out to us.
We’ll investigate with our logistics partners and provide a replacement or refund if your parcel is confirmed lost in transit.

Vaura Vision™ is not responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply in your country.
